Default cost of land in southern ohio near portsmouth help?
i looking for buy some land in the next year or two and wanted a idea on a fair price for 5 to 6 acres with power and phone lines near by any ideas? it would one day be my home so must be zoned for a house...

In the areas just surrounding Portsmouth, (West Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, Lucasville, Rosemount, etc.), I've seen 5 acres go for anywhere between $10-$40,000. Generally this area is very affordable. Especially when buying direct and not through an agent.
