Question Good place to meet a friend between Worthington and Canton?

I need a good safe place to meet with things to do (dinner, movie, attraction?) in between Worthington, OH (near Columbus) and Canton, OH.

Any suggestions? Thanks !

wow, theres really not much in between

I would say either Amish Country (Holmes County) or maybe Roscoe Village in Coshocton: Roscoe Village - Coshocton, Ohio.

If those don't work, I don't know what else is in between...Newark? Cambridge? well maybe Mansfield.

Also try the Longaberger stuff, as well, or Dresden. Amish country is probably most ideal.

Agree w/Costello on that one, New philly is like 25 minutes from Canton, and would be a good 2 hours from Worthington.

Mansfield is the logical choice, an hour from both places and would offer a variety of restuarants & movies, not so sure on attractions and what specifically you are looking for.

Yup we ended up choosing mansfield area for resturant/movie.

I think next time we'll try for Roscoe Village, seems pretty cool looking. Thanks guys.

If you like gardens, check out Kingwood Center (estate gardens) in Mansfield. It's gorgeous, and free. Entrances off Park Avenue West and off Trimble Road (take Trimble Road south from US30). Good theater on Walker Lake Road at the Lexington Springmill Road exit off US30. Good shopping and lots of restaurants along Lexington Springmill Road too. I recommend Cheddars restaurant--very pretty, clean, comfortable, and good food.
