Default Warren Ohio
Is there anyone familiar with the Highland Homes in Warren Ohio. Is there anyone between the ages of 28 and 32. I doubt they would be on here anyway but it is worth a try.

I'm 30, i don't live in the Highland Homes, but i know where they are and i sure as heck wouldn't want to live there. They are the projects........no a good area of town. I hear of shootings there at least a few times a year if not more.

Aren't those the public housing projects on Highland Ave. on Warren's South Side? That is the worst section of Warren. Very high crime area.
