A new law has taken affect in Ohio. My wife was at the license bureau for her renewal. The lady told her to be very accurate on her weight. She was informed that since women have a tendency to under estimate their weight on their license, a new law was passed. State Highway Patrol cruisers are being equipped with portable scales, and printers. All women being pulled over will be required to stand on the scales. If their weight is off by more than 5 pounds, the officer will be required to print a new license with the correct weight at a cost of $35. If they refuse to stand on the scales, they will be issued a court summons, and the fine goes to $150.

I thought that was crazy, so I called a trooper that I grew up with. He patrols the turnpike between Cleveland, and the Pa. State line. Mikey verified that his cruiser already has the new equipment installed, and it has paid for itself several times over in the last few months. I know that States are hurting for money. They are looking to raise revenue any way that they can, but to sneak in something like this is just ridiculous.

LMAO! That was good. I was gonna say I guess I will be seeing more females stepping on scales on the sides of the roads.

Can you imagine that, and the turmoil that would cause?

That was a good one! But even the OSHP isn't dumb enough to try something like that.
