Hi Maureen! I live near mosquito lake in trumbull county and i know there is a mobile home park near the lake on larry lane. I went to high school w/some kids who lived there. As for it being nice and clean, i have no idea, but it is one i think you should check out. Also, i believe there is is one right off of RT. 46 called cass lake. There is also a very nice manufactured home neighborhood just north of Cortland on Route 5 called Cortland Estates. I think this may be a lot more expensive than a traditional mobile home park, but it seems really nice. I'm not sure about the other parks in Trumbull county, but hopefully this helps a little.
