Probably the closest place with hotels/motels would be Celina. There may be some B&Bs around Coldwater, I'm not sure. There is a paved walking/biking trail that runs from Celina to Coldwater...a distance of about 4.5 miles. Celina is on the west end of Grand Lake, so there are the usual water related activities. It has remained on our minds however, and is one spot we have considered as a possible retirement home when we are both ready to "hang it up". We pass through there several times a year while travelling to and from family.
