Default Ohio other states dumping grounds?

I have heard this several times from people not from Ohio that our state was where the others sent their "trash." I looked at a child predator list and Pittsburgh had like 4 of them while every major city in Ohio had tons more. Pittsburgh had an infathomably low number of them and Ohio has a high number of them. Then I found that Clevelanders aree angry at Columbus as well as others in the state.

Columbus is forcing this on Cleveland and its worse than the original plans drawn up and this Pittsburgh company is looking for way more than it costs and purposely making it as ugly as possible. I always figure they were global sellouts and hoarding tax payers money anyway. Reason enough to avoid all deals with Pennsylvania?
