The chair of the Commission has indicated that she intends to reproduce online, along with the Commission's minutes, the two handouts to which I referred during this introduction. So far she has reproduced only one of them. I am attaching here a packet of material which includes these handouts and also the June 2009 Clinical Geriatrics article by Drs. Ryan and Richard Hall et. al.which I also provided the Commission. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]I have noticed that at least one other part of my appearance was not captured on video. I felt at the time of my appearance that this part of the video would be important, as didKen Adams (440/338-8365), who accompanied me to the meeting.[/SIZE]
