older couple is despartly seeking a home in highland county (hillsboro, Leesburg) area has to be land contract, lease to purchase or rent to own we have money to put down and would like something in country if at all possible can anyone help.

Hello Theresa:

I am currently in a land contract situation. The rent is $960 per month. That includes taxes. I am looking to get out of it and move into Hillsboro.
I am having some transportation issues and need to be able to walk to work. However the house is wonderful. It is in the country and has a little over 5 acres with it, half of it is wooded. It is a four bedroom, 3 full bath home with an attached garage and a large poll barn in the back yard. The house is less than 15 miles from the town of Hillsboro.
