Warren? (Bad Neighborhoods)
Which part of Warren is bad?
I can see that two roads divides the city into 4 sections: Market Street east/west and Main Ave north/south so then we have four sections of the city: Northeast/Northwest and Southeast/Southwest. But what parts should one stay away from?

like any city not every section of every city is good. the northeast and northwest for the most part our the best 2 sections.the southeast and the southwest are the rougher areas allthough southeast north of youngstown road is pretty good.

Are you planning on moving to warren? I could help better w/some more information. I could probably tell you what streets are good and which ones aren't. I think most places on the NE side are fine. You definitely want to stay away from the SW side, some parts of the North end and other select areas of the west side. Also, if you have kids and don't want to send them to warren there are catholic schools and some parts of the city are included in the Howland school district. Let us know particulars!

Heck no, the only place that's reasonable over there is in the howland school district south of ridge rd and i don't think i would want to live there either! That's just my preference though.

I've had a couple friends that lived in the Niles and Warren Simco properties and never heard a complaint. Also, i believe Northbury Colony (Warren), is in the Howland school district which is more desirable than the warren schools. If you have any more questions on warren or it's suburbs, let us know. Good luck!

the warren schools will be brand new in a few years.if you have any kids who are good in sports send them to warren schools so they can get to a top notch college.
