Maybe the "Full Grown Bears" of the Ohio State Highway Patrol could ease up a bit on revenue enhancement thing a bit by employing the following idea:

On I-675's Exit 7 (Wilmington Pike) in the Centerville/Sugarcreek Township area, there's a Target store that backs up to the highway. Immediately North & South of the exit are green "TARGET ENFORCEMENT AREA" signs. I believe that the OSHP should offer, with an appropriate donation from the retailer, to change the signs to the red ones they use elsewhere in the state. Not quite as big a deal as naming rights to a stadium or even a NASCAR sponsorship, but it might bring in a few bucks...
