I live in Pittsburgh but I do have family that live near the Ohio line. The local Mexican store here in Pittsburgh doesn't have what I'm looking for.

Costco might have that. It's not that common here in south Texas, but Costco is one of the places that has it.

youngstown has a bunch of giant eagles, some sparkles, and a few other scattered general groceries. specialty groceries could not survive on the money that the area has. interestingly enough, there have been multiple blog posts and petitions circulated by community activists about how the downtown area needs a grocery store other than the scattered general groceries and that has contributed to zero grocery store growth in the city. as far as costco, i think there is one in pittsburgh and possibly cranberry or butler. the people in youngstown would have to drive out to cleveland or pittsburgh to check costcos for you.
