Question Norman Apartments/Costs

Curious to know what the avg cost of utilities - Electric, Gas, Water - in a 2 bedroom apt is running these days.

Any recommendations on where to live/good apartment living - taking parking , security, access, property management , etc. all in to account - as well. College students. Thanks.

Electric + gas would be about $150, depending on how warm or cool you want to be, and insulation. Water + trash about $20.

You might try the new OU owned apartments if you are not a freshman. They are well maintained and convenient to the university. Plus security would be a little better. Traditions Square is the name of one of them.

Dont make the same mistake many college students make.....FIND and RENT A HOUSE W/ OTHERS.....They are not hard to find and are way cheaper than an apartment. Plus the living is better....
