I have heard good things about Bricktown Auto Bath. Since you are living at Level, it should be super-convenient for you. Give the guy a call and set up an appointment.

If you do find a place, seriously let me know. I have at least 2 stains on my car from some angry birds! There is also a plethora of self-serve places in this part of town as well.
So far I've been told to try Auto Bath up in Edmond for a good detail. I'll probably end up going this route when I have time to leave my car there for a day.

But for now I'm looking for one of those self serve places, don't know where any are but I think I'm just gonna go drive around until I find one.

Never found any of those DIY places yesterday...

But, I just picked up my car from Bricktown Auto Bath, and well, my car is clean and has a coat of wax on it, but it's definitely an amateur car wash place, far from a detail shop. The guy running the place is a very nice guy and he was excited to work on my car but little things were overlooked. Like pooled water in my wheels, and the wheels, themselves, weren't detail level clean. I might take it there in a pinch for a quick wash and wax but this definitely will not be my go to detail shop.

...The search continues...

Thanks for the heads up CoreyS. Sorry to hear about your experience with Bricktown Auto Bath.

I've pretty much given up on finding a detail shop, so I'm going to do a pretty basic exterior detail (clay/polish/wax) myself this weekend and take it to a place in Dallas sometime this fall for the bigger stuff.

If you need a self service place, there's a pretty good place on the SW corner of NW 23rd and Villa. The name alludes me. Its very busy though. Just don't go on the weekend evenings since the street racers like to congregate there.

I'm gonna have to check out that place on 23rd. Haha I'll try to remember no weekend nights, I avoid street racers like the plague, my cars are usually dick magnets and I have no interest in racing these kids.

Thanks.
