Default Real Estate Investment

I am thinking to buy a house in this city as investment.
Could someone give me some idea about
the house price,
the rental market,
the appreciation potential,
some suggestion?

I have written too much about this topic....But invest in the older established historic neighborhoods that surround or are near the new development....Lincoln Terrace is an up and coming historic neighborhood that is in the middle of all the public and private investment. Great proximity to all the places you want to be...Old beautiful homes/mansions(1900-1930) that need a person to just give it a lil' love. Appreciation is growing VERY fast....I am actually going to stop recommending this neighborhood because I am also looking for appreciation and location....not to mention the sights. North is the monster capitol building/complex that can be seen from a window and Downtown skyline ect. just SW. good Luck
