Murders per 100,000

Chicago - 16.4
Dallas - 15.0
OkC - 10.3

So much for your little experiment in trying to tell us how much more crime ridden OkC is than Chicago. These are per 100,000 people and not for the cities as a whole wise guy.
I dont have a dog in this hunt, but happened to be reading this thread.

One thing you might want to consider is that Chicago's borders have been stagnant for many (likely 50 or more) years, and therefore, does not have the newer suburban and largely crime-free family areas that OKC has. It is generally the older, inner city areas that have the most crime which is what most of Chicago consists of. The comparison of Chicago vs OKC crime rates would only be valid if we compared the older part of OKC to the entirety of the city of Chicago. I'm guessing that the crime rates would come out pretty even if we did such a comparison.

Dallas is another story, as it does include some newer areas within the city proper, unlike Chicago.

Default Tulsa Olkahoma, a prejudice city and state.

Hi, my husband and I live in Tulsa,Ok. We both are African Americans. This is the most prejudiced city and state, where we ever lived! Most of the white landlords up here, donot want to rent their nice homes to black people. You have to date a white person up here, in order to get a nice home. We refuse to live on the Northside of Tulsa, because it is so much of violence and black on black crime, innocent people are shot, or killed for no reason, but a black person can get a place quick on that rough Northside. This message is for all African Americans, donot move to Tulsa,Ok! you will get treated like dirt! Unless you are in a position to buy your own place, you may rather stay where your at. My husband work very long hours as a truck driver, and don't get paid right. The jobs are here, but mostly for white people. You can get an apartment easily, but be prepared to put up with roach city and blow flies. My name, Amy, didn't mean nothing once the white landlords saw my face.
