Default House in OKC

I have a house that may be going on the market very soon for around $100G in NW OKC, but it is on a regular city lot. You'll have a hard time finding anything decent & in a good neighborhood on that size lot here, unless you are willing to live in a mobile home. Not saying they aren't out there, but very few and far in between

Our home was built in 1927, hardwood floors throughout except the master suite addition (which I might add... is 'to die for'). It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, central heat & air, and is really a great house... we love it here! Unfortunately, it just isn't big enough for our family. If you would be interested, we would be glad to show it to you, or I can put in touch with an awesome realtor to help you find what you are looking for.
