I'm currently looking for a home in OKC and am only familiar with a few areas. I'm looking at some places in North Coronado Heights and Coronado Heights. Can anyone tell me about these areas? They look generally safe on crime maps. Is that accurate? Are they neighborhoods that hold their value well?
Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Very nice and safe area. That neighborhood has been solid middle class for some time. If I'm not mistaken I believe it is Putnam City Schools, which probably helps the values somewhat. As long as Deaconess Hospital is there Coronado Heights should be fine. I would recommend it.

I don't know your price range, but I would also look at the Edgewater area on the other side of Northwest Expressway as well.
