The top floor used to be a fancy restaurant called The Chandelle Club. I worked there as a busboy on my very first job. There was an outer ring, with tables, that rotated slowly, giving a 360-degree view. I have to admit that it was spectacular! |

Thanks, Colleen. I have been suffering from bouts of homesickness lately. I think that I will try to move back come spring.

Here are some photos of the First Christian Church at NW36 & Walker. My father, R. Duane Conner, was the architect. The Church opened in either 1952 or '53. I don't remember since I hadn't been born yet.
