I still love coming here and looking at the pics. Lake Hefner especially looks gorgeous and I didn't realize you had another lake that was as nice as Grand Lake. The beautiful water fountain~is it in OKC?

Thank you.
I am not planning on moving to OKC. I'm just planning on visiting some day.

Bad day yesterday for OKC pics (light) along with a crappy camera. I was rather limited but here are some more..

OMG - I know you posted these a couple of years ago but when I saw the Kamps sign I almost died! I grew up in Piedmont and my great aunts lived in the city and took me to Kamps all the time! I was so happy to see it's still there! Boy OKC changed but sure glad to see some things have stayed the same. And Nichols Hills - man brings back memories! Now I have pages to go through so I can see how much my old stomping grounds have changed. You literally made my day!!!!!

Deer Spring (Just north of Colony Pointe):

Boondocks:
This is Edmond rd just a mile east of Piedmont rd turning into smuck...:
These guys looked surprised to see a car:
This stop sign was about 2 feet tall and looked like it had bullet holes:
Northwood (NW Expressway and Frisco rd):
Look at these trees blooming, Jammie
Boondocks again:
I have no clue where this is but somewhere in the vicinity of 200 some north and 3 or 4 miles west of highway 4. A dog came out from behind the corner chasing me:
NW OKC:
Just crossed over the turnpike on Council:
That's all for now. Next time (who knows when) I'll try to cover Deer Creek and West Edmond.

Once again OMG - that's Piedmont! And what you call turning into smuck is what it looked like when I grew up there LOL and the sign with bullet holes? Yep, that's what I remember when thinking about where I grew up. What a wonderful trip down memory lane. Just can't believe how much it's changed! Used to be 20 miles of nothing from 'The City' to Piedmont! Now look at it. Did find it nice to see the open space and moo-moo's 'cause that's what I remember - a LOT and I mean a LOT of open space, wheat fields and buffalo wallows LOL

You'll have to excuse how random these are, haha! Just to give some people a taste of the West side of Okc.
