My brother was given up for adoption in 1965. He was born in Alva, OK. born 8/19/1965. Can you help?

I volunteer on Allexperts.com in adoption matters. Even though I don't get involved in the search area of adoptions, what I usually tell those who inquire about that to go to google.com and do a search under "adoption searches". There will be a lot of websites that may be able to help you, depending on how much information you have to start with. Good luck!
