The project by Gary Cotton is finally moving on with new renderings. He plans to propose it to the Bricktown Association next week for approval. It should be started on by spring if approved.
Stories in the Oklahoman:NewsOK Mobile......and another one:NewsOK Mobile Here are the renderings. The top six floors will be condos. I think 66 in total. The 4 floors below those will be parking and canal and street level will be retail and restaraunt space only. NO CLUBS. He specifically stated he did not want another stack of clubs he said Bricktown needs some retail and he is determined to have retail all around the canal and street level. Thats a lot of space! |

Nice 2010...
This should be the tallest structure in BTown which is badly needed for density. It will oppose the new hotel that is being built North and next to the ballpark. If it all comes together Btown will start to improve and put pressure on Midtown/Banta for even more improvements/investments. Future is starting to look really good. 2010 do you have any renderings of the new hotel that is being built right now? It buts up to the ballpark.... Last edited by Jammie; 01-15-2008 at 11:14 AM..
