Late summer we're moving to either Guthie, Stillwater or Cushing area looking for a home to buy. Lenders are requiring 30 days of OK pay stubs so we're thinking of staying in our RV, maybe a week at a time at the different parks/campgrounds in the area until we can provide proof of employment. I would prefer a temporary pet friendly rental for a couple months but 12 mo. leases seem to be the norm, which I completely understand. I would love to hear about some good places to stay that are pet friendly.

Thank you!

The only one I can recommend, but it might be a bit far, is the KOA on I-40, at the 108 exit. We stayed there a number of times from 1997-2002 and it's a very nice campground. You'd have to drive into El Reno for food, but it's not a bad drive. There's a restaurant at the top of the hill with good food.

That is an interesting requirement from your lenders. Do you have a job you will have when you move here? If so, an offer letter and then a contigency in the loan for 30 days of stubs when you arrive should do it.

I know the Twin Fountains RV Resort is highly sought after and very nice. It is off of I-44 just east of MLK. They have daily, weekly and monthly rates available.
