I can't wait to see the energy the UCO "School of Rock" is going to bring to Bricktown/OKC. I believe it could sustain the interest downtown entertainment during the months in between NBA seasons. So, keep your eyes open for a lot more musical acts of all sizes coming to town.

I saw that at least Remington Park was mentioned previously, but for folks interested in equestrian activities, they abound! The OKC Fairgrounds hosts National Championship shows for several breeds (Quarter Horses, Paints, Morgans) and disciplines (especially the Reining Nationals). There are major cutting and team penning competitions held there and the nearby as well. The Arabian Horse National Championship Show is now held up the road at the Tulsa Fairgrounds.
