El Reno is the next biggie I think. Property values seem to have climbed recently.
But hey, if you want a BIG huge house, there's one in the historical area that is over 8,000 square feet and was listed at one time for about $140K. of course, it looked like it needed about $500K in renovations. |

My family has been in the El Reno area for 5 generations. The town has a long history of being a "rough" town. It is partially deserved & has been point of pride & grief for the community. Yes, there is some gang activity but that's in every little town in today's world. The biggest thing is El Reno takes care of it's own -- whether it's people or problems. Yukon & Mustang are rapidly becoming part of OKC, not a suburb, just like Bethany & Warr Acres.
