Default possible move to OKC

I currently live in South America. I will be returning to the U.S. in a couple of months and am strongly considering moving to OKC. I would appreciate some information. Some of my questions are:
What is the best area to live in? I will probably live in an apt. and then later buy a house or condo.
I have lived in Houston and Dallas for almost 25 years. One of the things that I miss is good Tex-Mex food. Do you have good Mexican restaurants in OKC? good chinese restaurants, and of course good steak restaurants.

Are there many public golf courses? How cold does it get in the winter? Are there many shopping malls?
I am in my mid-50's, single and am retired. How easy is it to meet interesting people of the opposite sex?
In S.A. I taught English as a second language at one of the major universities. Are there any language schools or institutes where I might teach if I wanted to?

I hope somebody will be able to respond to my questions. I really appreciate any and all replies. Thanks a million.

There are good Mexican restaurants in OK. You will have a lot to choose from.

I don't play golf, but it seems like there are a lot of golf courses. There are big malls in the OKC and Tulsa areas.

I have a relative that teaches ESL at the universities and colleges around OKC, and he doesn't get more than part time work. Now he is teaching English in Afghanistan.

In OKC, they have some very good public courses that are pretty cheap. You would have plenty to choose from.
