This is weird. Moore looks like it is trying to develop a small river district. They want to build some kind of small canal.

The canal on east side of Telephone Road has been done a long time - more than a year I think. It is very nice and has sidewalks and a couple of pedestrian bridges.
They've been working on the corner of 19th & Telephone to tie in the Riverwalk area sidewalks to the trails from the park that extend from 4th Street south to 19th. |
