I read some interesting reviews by parents on Sooner Elementary here:
Sooner Elementary School - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - OK - School ...
It seems some parents think the school is too strict. Some parents love the school. I would want my child to go to a strict school, not one where the children run wild with bullying etc. Some parents may prefer a more relaxed environment for their children.

From the parents' comments I gather that the children must behave politely and obey the teachers. It seems they expect the children to perform well academically too, and that the upper grades have homework to do. That is what I would personally want for my children.

I've heard good things about that school from several folks and sources. It should be a good choice; Moore elementary schools are generally very good. When my family moved here from Italy in '03, we did a LOT of school research -- Moore and Choctaw topped the list. We chose Moore because of their focus and resources.

The only place in the entire region that is just barely livable...is OKC...those areas you mentioned require one to be lobotomized before settling there
