Family member is considering the following apts --

Belle Isle

Warwick West

Lincoln at Central Park

I would appreciate any info - condition of the properties; management; neighborhood/crime, etc.

A friend of mine used to live at Warwick West; she seemed to like it. It's a very busy part of town, though: traffic is heinous.

The Lincoln is almost brand-new. I've not been to see it.
