That depends on what part of the city you are in. I live in the Quail Springs/Deer Creek area and I'm WAY disappointed in the options available.
Aspen is pretty nice if you are in east Edmond or near Penn Square.

It's a little bit far from you, but I go to Aspen on Expressway and Rockwell. It's more expensive than All American but it's also cleaner than the All American's I've seen. The equipment and facilities are well kept and it has a "womens only" area (that may not aply to you). There are other Aspens around the city but I like that one the best. They also have a cool deal called a "Charter membership" that's $5/month (or was when I signed up) that you can bring a guest when you work out, every time you work out and it doesn't have to be the same person. They just sign in at the desk when you arive and go in. I've had several people do this w/ me and they never have to listen to a sales speach or get called about joining, like at All American. As far as hours of operation go they are open 24 hrs/day M-TH and close late on Fri and Sat. I know they're open Sun, I just don't know when. They have work out classes, spin classes, water whatever classes, tanning, sauna, personal trainers (extra of course) and I can go to ANY Aspen in the country as a part of my membership.
You may want to consider it. I hope this was helpful, good luck finding what you want/need.
