Have you tried google? I have a very good friend that is from Argentina; he speaks three languages fluently.

Argentinians are an exceptionally intelligent and decent people. Your country is beautiful although I have never been (seen pics).

I don't know what empanada discs are made of, but they look pretty tasty to me.

They are. Empanadas are the Latin Version of "Fried Pies". They come with Meat, Vegetable or Fruit Filling.

sentimientoargentino, I'm sorry I don't live near OKC, to help you much. I have searched for stores that carry the disks but couldn't find any.

You are looking for the Frozen Disks right? (Everyone I know makes them by hand! )

There are several Carnicerias in OKC maybe you could call them and ask?

thank you so much for the information, i've been calling some places but nobody know what they are. My dad makes them by hand too, and he is coming to visit on september, so i will have some.
