Have you tried google? I have a very good friend that is from Argentina; he speaks three languages fluently.

Argentinians are an exceptionally intelligent and decent people. Your country is beautiful although I have never been (seen pics).

I don't know what empanada discs are made of, but they look pretty tasty to me.

They are. Empanadas are the Latin Version of "Fried Pies". They come with Meat, Vegetable or Fruit Filling.

You are looking for the Frozen Disks right? (Everyone I know makes them by hand! )

There are several Carnicerias in OKC maybe you could call them and ask?

I make empanadas of beef and chicken , chilean style.

They have them in the freezer section at Walmart usually with the frozen pie crust. If they don't have them at your Walmart tell them and they will order for you.
