Default Penn Square Mall Security.

Did anyone hear of that rape in the parking garage at Penn Square Mall? Thats insane and makes the mall look bad. I think that more security in the garages and parking lot area maybe that could prevent this situation from ever happening again.?

These kinds of things happen everywhere on occasion. I don't think added security is a necessity. How often has this happened at Penn Square? I believe this was an isolated incident.
