Yes they should.

Why? Because Devon will be paying for every cent of it so why not? Second because it will continue the OKC Renaissance and will simply be overall better for OKC. And as FutureArchitect said, it will make our skyline look bigger, lol. But really there's no reason they shouldn't, as long as they can occupy it and they pay for it there's no reason it shouldn't be built. This isn't just a tower for Devon, it'll be the new anchor (one of many, thanks Mick) for Core to Shore also.
