Downtown Condos.
Have you seen Block 42, Brownstones and Deep Duece! Those are spectacular I think. I was down there yesterday and I noticed them. I enjoyed my time down there.
Has anyone seen the inside or took a tour there?

^^ They are lol. A lot of these condos have already sold out. Believe it or not most of these projects are very successful.

I've toured both Block 42 and the Brownstones at Maywood. Very nicely done. I prefer Block 42, which is a little closer to my price range, but only about a dozen or so units are left, last I heard.

I have been in one of the brownstone homes; one of the 800,000 dollar ones to be exact. It was very very cool and SPACIOUS!!! which surprised me, although there were 4 STORIES (crazy) so its not so surprising. There was an elevator and a two car garage. The whole top floor is an entertainment room with a bar! It was really AMAZING and MODERN.
