yeah have anyone noticed quail has gotten more "ghetto" people lately? i dont live in OKC anymore but every time i come back and go to quail, there are more and more kids and a big group of "ghettos" are usually in the movie theater. Maybe I just got too old and never noticed before until now.

A lady was mugged in the parking lot of Penn Square around Christmas of '07 and was hurt pretty badly. I don't know of anything beyond that.

Quail is more of a Teen mall in my opinion. *Being a teen. Lol
But I prefer Penn because it has better shops and nicer shops.
Also their food court is really cool.
