I have a 6 year old rottie and a new 1year rottie mix in Oklahoma city. I'd like a third dog, but want to know how many dogs can I have at my house in Oklahoma City without breaking an laws?

You can have 4 cats and 4 dogs living in OKC per household.

You may actually have more trouble with your homeowner's insurance over what kind of dogs you have than with the number of dogs. There isn't any breed ban, as far as I know, but insurance companies can be pretty dicey about which breeds they will and won't cover.

OKC doesn't have any breed bans. Also, we have friends that have rotties and pits that own their own homes. If you run into any problems DM me and I can tell you who their home owner policies are with.

Amazing that there is a restriction on the maximum number of dogs per household. Is this statewide? If it is just in the city, I can understand it.
