Default Rib Crib = The Bomb!

Still got to be The Rib Crib. There's where this Texan gets good Okie barbecue. You can't go wrong with the smoked meats there. Whether I'm in OKC or T-town, I know I'm getting my favorite food in big portions and reasonable prices.

I live in the Yukon-Mustang area also. For steaks, we go to Red Rock off Lake Hefner Parkway. I also like the Rib Crib. We never go to Bad Brads because we talked to someone who worked there, about things that go on there. Same for all Subways in Yukon. NASTY . They've all been turned in to the Health Authorities.(all Subways owned by same person) We go to Loves for subs or Subway in Mustang. Las Fajitas in Yukon/Moore for mexican food. There is a new mexican restaurant on the other side of Main St. Yukon. We like The Golden Palace (I think thats the name) on Meridian. We go to Chilis a lot because they do have a variety.

Red Rock has a beautiful view of Lake Hefner. Sit on the patio and you will not be disappointed.

My family travels a lot to say the least and we love places to eat near the ocean. They really like Red Rock because of the views especially at night. Hefners shores looking from one side to the other have some distance to them so you almost feel like it is a tiny sea(at night). The first time we had dinner there all we could say was how we felt like we were not in Oklahoma. All the boats passing by with lights. Special place considering how close it is to Downtown/Bricktown. So underrated. Great place to hang out on the grass near the huge firepit sipping some wine and eating that great dish...Chicken stuffed Pablano pepper. Yum.
