I'm wondering if there are any clubs in OKC/Tulsa that play Reggaeton, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue that are 18+?

i dont think there are any 18+ clubs in okc period.

Try tuning in one of the two or so OKC Hispanic FM stations to see if they play those kinds of music. One of the stations are on 105.3 FM.
