Just curious, why the interest in Hudson and not Grand? On Grand you have it all, numerous restaurants on the water, just pull right up in your boat, tie up and eat. Same with numerous clubs/bars. A ton of big and small marinas, plenty of fuel on the water. Tons of homes to choose from, but they are expensive!! We built our house 10 years ago and it's appreciated in value at least 3X's over. And on Grand you can do this every weekend!!
