In 2009 a 16 year old girl with a learners permit only tried and succeeded running over me which totaled my van. I finally healed up but her insurance
(Farmers) started being total jerks the minute they tried to settle. Delaying and trying to get me to sign away all claims to pay me for a metal detector
that was destroyed in the wreck. I have Farmers also and even on my policy they were jerks. So does anyone have any good experiences with their insurance company. Also I am not qualified for USAA.
Thanks.
The Foon

I have had good experiences with AAA in California and made a new plan just recently in Oklahoma. Then again, I haven't had a major problem like you had. I am sorry for what happened and I hope you continue to get better.

I am currently with ANPAC but will shortly be switching to State Farm, so I cannot recommend ANPAC any longer. My homeowners premium increased from $1500 to a whopping $4700/year! My agent says it's because of all the claims Oklahoma has had and my roof is now 13 years old. I told her, well last year it was 12 years old so apparently it's 13th birthday was the breaking point!

Saw that you were not eligible for USAA. I have been with them since 1966. Totalled a '08 KIA in '09 my fault. Informed them, other than some papers later on, never heard a word.
