About Sterling, OK
The Sterling, OK community is a sleepy little community with a great school system. The summers are full of Little League Sports for girls and boys of all ages. We here at First Baptist Church would like to tell you about our church. We have a great pastor, Jack Pilgrim. He has been here 4 years. He has a great love for Jesus and a heart for the lost. If you want an active church that is in the process of building a new sanctuary and a youth center, this is the place for you! We also have a full time Youth Pastor, Joseph Drueke. He has been here 2 years. He is a young man full of love for Jesus and young people. We have children's and youth summer camps and Vacation Bble School. Joseph is always looking for activities for the kids. They go to christian concerts and lots of other activities. Sterling is a great place to raise children. Houses sell for less than in the other communities. And we are only 25 minutes from Ft. Sill.
