Default looking for a slower paced lifestyle

currently in a small(yet growing) town in SE WI, and looking to relocate and wanting something similar yet a little slower paced. married, mother of 2 girls 7 and 16 so safety and quality education is a top priority. considering Braggs, but research shows the area is nice but it's schools aren't very good. fort gibson schools seem better but area is a little more expensive. does anyone know if oklahoma has open enrollment? (where you can apply to attend a school outside the district you live in.) can we live in braggs, yet go to fort gibson schools?
any information will be appreciated!
