Heck, look how we adults act when it comes to babies and small children. Goo Goo Goo. Gah Gah Gah and all that othe cute little stuff .
It is interesting, the effect that critters can have. One of those quotes that seem to be hard to pin down regarding who first said them is one I've heard attributed to Churchill, but also heard that Churchill only reapeated after it had originated with someone else. Regardless of the origin, there's a lot of truth in the quote: "There's something about the outside of a horse that's good for the inside of a man." For me, the same is true of dogs. I'm sure cats have the same effect on others. It's good to have our furry friends around, to keep us in touch with, well, all kinds of things that are basic and good.

Sorry! missed this. That is my Boy, Tubby Toes aka Huggy Bear aka the "Monster" Some stupid people abandoned him, so we adopted each other.

Hey! I recognize most NATURAL animals. Not too good with those designer breeds that look like genetic mutants.

Okay, I have to give you credit for a slippery answer on that one! One credit for you. And one credit for me. I thought they were guinea pigs with big ears.

hee hee... That crossed my mind too, Little One. But we used to have Guinea Pigs, so I was fairly sure they weren't Cavies. OK, we will split the points.

This is a couple of the (7) Piggies we had:

Cute bird and pig pics.

We drove through one of the prettiest parts of OK in early April. We are on Highway 59 heading south toward Tahlequah.

Lake Eucha looks like a fun place.

Pretty scenery

I'm seeing places that nocoldiron would like.

The Illinois River. No canoeing today as the water is too high and too fast.

This campground will be fun of people when the weather is warmer.

Peyton's Place is one of several canoe rental places on Highway 10 north of Tahlequah.

Another place nocoldiron would like.

We almost stopped at Fatty's.

Another place for nocoldiron.

It's a very scenic drive.

Once we rode horses over this bridge on a trail ride when the river was too high to cross. It was scary!
