A couple of texas aggies looking for information on how to win a national football championship.....trouble is, they took highway 75 instead of 35 (They ended up using both hands to count that high, but when they ordered another beer they lost count), and ended up in Tulsa watching the Hurricane.

She sure does....
Make sure y'all move to Mustang!
They never have tornadoes there and it never gets too hot.

Colleen can't wait for y'all to arrive!
What are you waiting for?

Some pictures I took while traveling through Tahlequah, back when gas was $3.25 a gallon.

Downtown Tahlequah. Like most small towns, most downtown shops are closed on Saturday afternoon.

Northeastern State University is in Tahlequah, so you see a lot of young people.

No worries about prom dresses, shoes, quilts or health foods for Jessaka.

The Cherokee Capital Square

The Boomarang Diner across the street is open.

This sign is in the Cherokee language. A student sitting behind me translated it, but now I can't remember what he said.

Wait! You can't start eating until I take a picture!

The shopping district, with all kinds of fast foods, a big Wal-Mart, etc.

Necabin could come work here.

Jessaka's grocery store.

A casino for Jammie

Another casino for Jammie

Out of town, between Tahlequah and Ft Gibson. Another place for nocoldiron.

Now why can't I ever take decent shots like that? My little finger always ends up in the picture.

Probably for the same reason I have....
You're driving as opposed to being a passenger.

(At least Peggy doesn't have to be dependent upon children in the back seat
to take pictures.)
