Looks like most of the deers taken are on the eastern side of the state. Here is a partial list by county.

I remember that one. There were a lot of areas near the Phoenix metro area when I lived in Az, that surprisingly froze up. Never seen a cactus coated with ice, in the middle of a Sahara desert.

That must be a sight to see. A cactus with ice. I knew that warm days in the deserts in Arizona can result to very cool nights but I never would expect ice.

It is most certainly not fun driving on ice or snow, or watching others attempt to do it here in Oklahoma. Not fun.

High deserts can get really cold. In fact, a lot of what's north of the Arctic Circle is technically desert, if one considers amount of precipitation.

Driving on ice and snow isn't all that bad, but one does need a lot of practice to do it, and I doubt if OK gets enough of either often enough to provide that practice.

I do agree that driving on snow and ice is really not all that bad. I tend to be very careful because my older model BMW that I drive is rear-wheel drive. Other than that, it really is not too bad.

I also agree that Oklahoma does not get enough snow and ice for us to practice driving on, but I definitely not complaining about that, lol. I am not a big fan of cold weather, sleet, ice, or snow.
