This is how it feels by mid-August, *with a little help from GIMP.

We're looking into having another storm shelter built in our garage since the one we have outside is useless (except as a swimming pool). The price isn't too bad. I think that would work out much better. Even if we get the outside one fixed, I still would be a little squeamish about going down there with the bugs and other things. Ewww

I agree. You have about one month to get it done before the Official Gary England Tornado Season kicks off. And you ARE on the center line of tornado alley. You know that, right? Actually, I would say Moore is, but you are in a good place to experience one too.

I read in our local paper where some Holdenville folks are finding personal belongings from Lone Grove. A couple of electric bills have been found. Which means the debris from Lone Grove tornado was dropped here. That is about a 80 - 100 trip!

Heather, we're looking forward to some of your wonderful pics, also. I wanted to write that for the longest time, but I know I owe y'all pics of Anna and Doxology/Jasper, which I will post, I PROMISE. However, when you realize that the last pics I had printed by the drugstore, about a year ago, still had some pics of Anna's First Communion (she's now 17), you'll understand how remiss I am at pics. But, I will do it -- soon -- I promise.

Anna has a great digital camera, which I hope to use to take the pics. I just don't ever think of taking pics.
