Hi all. I'm a newbie to the site from OKC. Neat looking forum here. I'm trying to find a landmark and all I have are these pics. Can anyone tell me where this boot post is?

By the way I'm Jeff.

Default A little taste of Spring!!

Spent some time out in the yard, trying to get a few pics before the storms blow everything away tomorrow.

Neighbor's Redbud Tree:

My big OLD rambling Wisteria.

Hmm... I see something hiding in there:

There he is! :

Comin' at ya!

I had this guy serenading me while I took pictures.

The back yard is covered in tiny purple flowers...

And clovers...

And these...

Found this little flower hiding at the side of the house:

Ack The ever dreaded HENBIT!!!

This guy kept me company out back:

Make a wish and BLOW!!

I made a video of the Mockingbird Serenade. Sorry about the wind noise, it is a little unavoidable right now. Also looks like the vid quality got trashed during the upload.

We'll see what everything looks like AFTER tomorrow...

Absolutely gorgeous photos LR! So THAT'S what that is, a Wisteria... It's coincidental because just about an hour ago I was coming back from the store and saw one of those in full bloom and wondered what kind of bush that it was.

BTW, I've experienced the same problem with photobucket and video quality. Try this; go to vimeo.com and sign up for a free account. You can upload high quality videos there for free.

PS. I love Mockingbirds, except when they're singing at 3 am.. We rescued a baby Mockingbird 8 or so years ago and he grew up to be such a wonderful companion. When he was well enough to go, we released him of course, but he came back for months to visit and would land on our shoulder and sing away. He even played with the dog! We have a video of it somewhere - I'd love to dig that up.
