I love that little train the guy is pulling with his lawn mower. Just plastic barrels! How creative!

Isn't that little train cute. The barrels were actually made of metal and connected with moving dollys. It would really be easy to make. He gave free rides to all the kids and ran all day long. There was always another line of kids waiting for him when he stopped.

Cherokee Moon, I cannot thank you enough for the pictures. They are WONDERFUL. The pic below reminds me of my childhood when maybe my dad and I were returning home from a long day on the farm, at dusk. Beautiful Hughes County, it will ALWAYS be my home.

Synopsis, you're more than welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed it and that it brought back nice memories for you. I love Hughes County and the people here. Just good ol' down to earth country folks. I've been here all my life and wouldn't have it any other way!

I think that must be the same guy that had them at last year's homecoming parade in Holdenville. And you are right, those kids love riding in them.
