I've seen police park empty cars along high speed points to psych out the traffic & make them slow down, but I've never seen them resort to using a dummy to do the job (ummm... scratch that! LOL)

LoL!! Well, I kinda hesitate to admit this, but a few years ago, our little town did the same thing. We have two police cars and they would sit a dummy in one of them and just move the car around once in a while. The only patrolman we had would patrol the streets. Everyone in town got the biggest kick out of that, but I guess it did slow down some of the out of town traffic.

What's even sadder is Cromwell does not have money, so the town's only police car is repossessed.
So now, Cromwell has gone police-less! I guess he could ride a horse, but how would he pull people over?
I probably shouldn't say that because now the speeders will really speed through town if they knew there was no more speed trap there.

I loved those pics of Spaulding. My kinda town, but who's life is in such order that they can make an appointment for a hair-do? Exclusive joint if you ask me.

Wow... I have an uncle buried in Coalgate. At least I think that's where he's buried, it's definitely where he died.
