I have always been strangely attracted to this building, it spooks me and intrigues me. Anybody know what it is? Is it a church?

Wouldn't there be a cross visible somewhere on the outside if it was a church? From one side, it looks a lot like some of the schools I went to, but none of them had a blank wall anywhere.
